Over time the cement joints on a tile roof crack and perish. Repointing re-seals them and is a necessary part of roof maintenance to prevent leaks and water damage. We apply flexible pointing that expands and contracts with the weather, so it keeps sealing as conditions change.

Repointing now can save the cost of more extensive work later. We use durable, high-quality materials, including Elastomax flexible ridge-capping cement, which is made here in WA.
